Chris Bergere has been coaching both age-group and collegiate teams for 40 years and is well known across the diving community. His coaching experience includes the Atlantic Ten, Ivy, Big Ten, and currently, Mountain West, as the Head Coach for the Colorado State women's diving team. Chris has experience as a judge and assistant coach at the elite level of diving nationally and internationally. He has built competitive, successful age-group USDiving and AAU teams. His continued positive impact in the sport is based in a philosophy of supporting individual growth, commitment to and bonding within the team and developing all members of that team to compete the highest possible level.
The mission of Fort Collins Dive Club is to provide high-quality and individualized training, to help members perform their best and at their highest competitive level. As a coach I am dedicated to helping athletes achieve their individual goals, contribute to a larger competitive team and engage in a positive practice environment.
